Ranchito Motel

We’re not a five star accommodation but we are the jewel of the Sierra Mountains. Clean, comfortable and with many amenities.

The Ranchito Motel is a historic destination featuring 29 guest rooms, all non-smoking. We are nestled in the Sierra mountains on nearly 3 forested acres. Built in 1946 by locals and ranchers with recycled materials such as 100+year old barn beams and doors made from a reclaimed water tower. The Ranchito is a must stay in a not to be missed gold rush town. Recreational activities for all four seasons are available for the adventurous of heart. We are located right next to the Plumas National Forest, with over a 1000 miles of rivers and lakes for fishing and fun.
